Weekly analysis performed with their systems. We analyze the SIMS Fast Turn reports for both the dealer and market to determine the best units to schedule. It is crucial to have analysis conducted to maximize the inventory. We exclusively use the web-based dealer order system from Ford (WBDO) to input orders.

Inventory analysis is performed monthly. We use the FMV Reports along with other sales data points to analyze both the dealer and market to determine the best units to schedule. We then input most vehicle lines prior to allocation. We bring a systematic approach, in advance, by using a rundown to figure out the needs of the dealership.

Weekly analysis of inventory will be performed with General Motors systems. Through the utilization of applications such as DART and Inventory Balancing, we will analyze reports and data to help determine configurations that best fit the respective market of the dealer. We also place a strong focus on working the “Pass” system in order to increase our efforts to secure additional/key product.
