Brad Thompson

President / CEO

Brad founded Thompson Performance Solutions (TPS) in 2004 and is responsible for the overall vision and daily operations of the company. He manages and directs the new vehicle inventory operations systems for over 250 dealerships across the United States. Brad is known widely in the marketplace for his significant experience in planning future trends and forecasting based on data intelligence.

For Brad, this work and his company is so much more than a job; the success that he has achieved is really a result of a lifetime passion of the auto industry and all that it encapsulates. More specifically, Thompson brings more than 25 years of automotive industry experience. From a frontline vantage point on operations/manufacturing aspects to the sales floor of a dealership and everything in between, Thompson has captured the most innovative and proven market insights to deliver on the commitment to make his dealerships more competitive and, ultimately, more profitable.

Brad is married to Catherine and has 2 daughters, Amelia, and Ella. He enjoys sharing his Christian faith, spending time with family and friends, and anything related to his alma mater, Oklahoma State.

Van Elrod

Ford Team

Van, joining TPS in 2017, brings 15 years of experience at Ford Motor Company followed by a decade at Lowe’s Home Improvement, now returning to the automotive industry with a passion for cars and weekends spent boating with his wife Alicia at their family lake cottage on High Rock Lake.

Elissa Goodin

Ford Team

Elissa, with TPS since 2014, holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Distribution Engineering from Texas A&M, previously working in the oil industry and chocolate manufacturing; outside of work, she enjoys family time, crafting jewelry, cooking, and farming.

Lane Kohring

Ford Team

Lane Kohring has been with TPS since 2005 and brings over 25 years of experience from Ford, Volvo Motor Credit, and Johnson Bros. Ford in Temple TX. She focuses on inventory management and values teamwork for store success. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her husband Kyle and children Kate and Liam, along with practicing Pilates and reading.

Cristi Brown

Ford Team

Cristi began working with TPS in 2015. She has more than 20 years of automotive experience, working for both Ford Motor Company and Nissan North America. She and her husband Charlie enjoy traveling, spending time with family and watching their two sons participate in bass fishing, soccer and football.

Donna Bolton

Ford Team

Donna, at TPS since 2005, brings over 30 years of automotive expertise from General Motors to Ford Motor Company; based in Texas, she enjoys family time in Oklahoma, hiking, ATV rides, and walks with their dog.

Stephanie McDermott

Ford Team

Stephanie, at TPS since October 2016, began her automotive journey with oil changes in her driveway, holds a marketing degree from Wayne State University, and now resides in Michigan with her family, enjoying skiing, soccer games, family travel, and DIY projects in her spare time.

Taylor Broderick

Ford Team

Taylor, with TPS since 2019, started her automotive journey at Ford Motor Company after graduating from Purdue University; based in Illinois with her family, she enjoys volleyball, Detroit Lions football, family time, and reading in her spare moments.

Hayley Dimmette

Ford Team

Hayley, at TPS since 2017 with a BSBA from Appalachian State, leverages a history of retail inventory fulfillment; outside work, she enjoys time with her husband, supports her Mountaineers, and volunteers at a food pantry to share her faith.

Rob Meal

Ford Team

Rob, a seasoned automotive veteran, joined TPS in 2024 after a 30-year career at Ford Motor Company in Product Development. Originally from West Michigan, he now resides in metro Detroit with his wife Diane, enjoying travel and time with loved ones while planning for an eventual move to a warmer climate.

Stacy Salinas

Ford Team

Stacy Salinas, with over a decade’s experience in automotive and finance, began her career at Ford Motor Company. Now based in Florida, she juggles supporting her competitive surfing sons with her passion for cooking, exercising, travel, and live events.

Alison Wood

Ford Team

Alison, a Florida native with over 12 years in Ford and Lincoln Automotive, recently joined TPS from a Zone Manager role. With extensive dealership experience nationwide, she values family time with her husband and two sons, enjoying outdoor activities, particularly boating.

Julius Odom

GM Team // Team Lead

Julius, with 15 years in the automotive industry, manages GM dealership consensus and inventory since 2010, previously serving as a district sales manager; based in North Texas, he enjoys family cooking and outdoor sports.

Anthony Anderson

GM Team

With over a decade in consulting across various sectors, Anthony has aided General Motors dealers for 2 years, leveraging his business ownership background to optimize inventory; a University of Oklahoma alum, he enjoys training, family, travel, and community service.

Colin Harvill

GM Team

Colin, with over 10 years in consulting, focuses on aiding General Motors dealers for 3 years, leveraging financial expertise to optimize inventory; based in North Texas with his wife and dogs, he enjoys time with loved ones, cooking, fitness, and golf.

Jackson Waddell

GM Team

Jackson, an automotive inventory consultant for 3 years, aids dealer partners with General Motors products; graduating from Texas Tech University soon, he’s committed to fast-moving inventory. Passionate about automobiles since youth, he balances fitness, golf, and family time.

Eric Falke

Stellantis Team // Team Lead

Eric, a 25-year veteran of the car business, has managed CJDRF store inventory since 2017. In his 17 years working for Chrysler, held multiple BC and HQ positions including brand operations, global sales reporting, and BC Sales Operations & Marketing. He enjoys golf, hunting, UTV riding, & family.

Jason Hammett

Stellantis Team

Jason, with 20+ years in auto, oversees CJDRF brand ordering at TPS. Jason has retail and corporate Sales & Marketing experience, including Ram Brand and Marketing Manager roles. Jason enjoys Mopars, mountain biking, running, disc golf, and family.

Jeff Falke

Stellantis Team

Jeff manages Stellantis ordering for TPS with over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry. He enjoys exploring & outdoor activities with his family in the American west, including camping, hunting, and fly fishing.

Sean Gant

Stellantis Team

Sean brings a unique blend of retail and corporate experience from Chrysler to the team. Formerly a Sales Operations and Supply Chain Manager at Stellantis, he excels in order management and turnover improvement. Outside work, Sean enjoys family time and wrestling with his sons.

Scott Tallon

Stellantis Team

Scott is an automotive professional with 26 years of experience at Chrysler/Stellantis. He has held key roles in sales, service, marketing, and dealer network development, including Director positions in Jeep Brand Operations and Product Strategy. With expertise in field operations, incentives, and market representation, he has played a vital role in driving brand growth and dealer success.

Kurt Mitzner

Stellantis Team

Kurt joined TPS after a 30-year career at Stellantis where he was most recently Senior Manager of Supply Chain Sales, Industry & Inventory Planning.  His dynamic automotive experience encompasses roles in demand planning, sales operations, finance, market analytics, KPI reporting, ICT and financial services, across all brands and product lines. Kurt enjoys family activities, coaching basketball, biking and hiking.

Jim Morrison

Stellantis Team

Jim is a seasoned automotive executive with a proven track record in brand growth, product innovation, and market expansion. He began his career at a Chrysler dealership before leading Jeep and Ram to record sales and market share in North America, launching award-winning models, and pioneering Jeep electrification. In his spare time, he enjoys caring for and riding horses on his family farm.
